I love to cook, but I rarely have to. However, I'm starting to build up my own personal collections of foods I ate growing up. I grew up with my grandparents. My grandma did the old fashioned "soul food" big Sunday dinners every week, as well as a meat and 3 sides Monday--Thursday. As she starts to continue to grow "wiser", I am now taking on the challenge of recreating some of her dishes that are my favs.
